The OneDB database system is a database core and a library of modules covering the range of the requirements for management information systems in most industries. Individual modules may be selected and linked together to suit individual requirements. If necessary, where existing library of modules does not provide the functions required we can either modify any module or even write a new one from scratch to fill the requirement. Additionally we have a number of pre-built applications which can be supplied either modified or unmodified.

Client Module records client address and contact details.

Costing "Wizard" guides the user through the process of generating costings.

Quotation Module provides quick and accurate quotations or estimates.

Sales Order Module records orders received.

Works Order Module shows similar data to the sales order but enables tracking of actual events as they occur.

Despatch Module provides for despatch tracking and label printing.

Invoicing Module generates a sales Invoice on the basis of the despatched goods.

Payments module allows the recording of payments.

Purchase Module This module and works in the same way as the client module but records supplier details and the raising of stock purchase orders.

Stock control provides a full stock control system.

Report modules are available for a wide range of purposes the range includes, Mail Merge Data, Customer statements, Aged Debtor lists, Turnover sorted by a range of parameters, Stock Movement again sorted by a range of factors.
